I remember, a few years after Katrina, looking over at some of these "Make It Right" homes while stopped at a red light in the Lower 9th Ward, shortly after their troubles started making the news, and noticing that they were already looking pretty rough..............Here's an idea, don't bring construction norms from beautiful, no-humidity California to New Orleans:
